Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times: MON - FRI : 9 AM - 6 PM (UTC+8)

  • Local orders take 10 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 3 business days.
  • International orders take 15 business days to be delivered via Carrier UPS, Carrier FedEx or Carrier DPD and we ship within same 3 business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

  • Shipping fee will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 
  • All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) bases, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to. PINKSELFIE will not be responsible for duties & taxes.

  • All products will be paid in US dollars. Currency conversion is for reference only and the actual exchange rate will be based on the exchange rate on the day.

  • PINKSELFIE recommends that buyers can refer to the size chart and size recommendations before ordering, and make more use of our customer service to ask relevant questions. (How to find my size: Size Guide)
  • We only accept the returns and refunds if a product gets damaged upon a delivery or the size is inappropriate- we offer 100% refund and the returned shipping costs.
  • If there is any defective, damaged or missing items after receiving the product, please take a photo of the defective product and contact our customer service immediately. Please make sure that the merchandises have all tags attached.
  • Timing: we have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email with the subject 'Return' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
